Gingival epithesis: a simple technique with great results

Objective: to describe the technique of making an epithesis in acrylic, restore aesthetics and self-esteem patients with periodontal tissue loss, a simple fast way. Methodology: A case report. Perform impression alginate, make individual tray obtain working model. Performing diagnostic wax-up, acrylization intra oral installation. Results: The treatment, little known by clinicians, restored patient's smile safely quickly. Conclusion: gingival heat-curable acrylic offers quick, accurate, non-invasive that allows patient be rehabilitated esthetics, comfort, good adaptation low cost.
